GOODWIND's generator set production covers component inspection, mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, cooling and exhaust installation, enclosure installation, commissioning, testing and final delivery.
Base frames and sound-attenuated enclosures can be processed in-house, with manufacturing capabilities including cutting, welding, shot blasting and surface coating.
Each generator set moves through a defined production sequence, from incoming component inspection to final testing and shipment.
Engines, alternators, control systems and other components are received and checked before entering production.
The engine and alternator are positioned, aligned and assembled according to the generator set configuration.
The main generating components are installed onto the base frame to form the mechanical foundation of the generator set.
Controllers, electrical circuits, sensors and protection systems are connected and checked.
Cooling and exhaust systems are installed, followed by the canopy or enclosure where required.
Required operating fluids are added before the generator set enters commissioning and functional checks.
The complete generator set undergoes operational testing, load testing and final quality inspection.
After inspection is completed, the generator set is prepared, protected and packaged for delivery.
Each completed generator set undergoes overall inspection and load testing before leaving the factory. Operating parameters and protection functions are checked to verify stable operation under different load conditions.
Generator sets are operated under load to check whether voltage, frequency, current, power and engine operating conditions remain stable at different load levels.
Documentation supplied with the generator set includes applicable engine and alternator certificates together with generator set commissioning or factory test records.
Quality management systems, product compliance and established cooperation with major component brands support GOODWIND's manufacturing and service capabilities.
Covering quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety, and applicable product conformity.
GOODWIND maintains OEM or authorized cooperation qualifications with a range of major engine, alternator and control system brands.
Corporate qualifications and industry recognition further support GOODWIND's long-term approach to manufacturing and customer service.
After assembly and testing, completed generator sets are prepared for project delivery according to the required configuration.
Quality responsibility continues after the generator set leaves the factory through warranty coverage, technical assistance and long-term maintenance support.
Whichever comes first.
Extended warranty options may be available for specific projects according to contract terms.Free after-sales service and technical support are provided during the applicable warranty period.
For generator sets using major brands such as Cummins, Weichai, Volvo, MTU, Perkins and Leroy-Somer, support can also draw on the relevant manufacturers' global service resources where applicable.
For major faults or project requirements, engineering support can be arranged on site according to the actual situation.
Technical and maintenance support can continue after the standard warranty period.
Following final quality inspection, generator sets are protected, packaged and prepared for shipment according to project and transportation requirements.
