The standard warranty period is one year or 1,000 running hours, whichever comes first. For certain special projects, we can also provide an extended warranty according to the order requirements.

Do you provide global warranty service?
Generator sets equipped with engines and alternators from brands such as Weichai, Cummins, Volvo, MTU, Perkins and LEROY-SOMER can enjoy global service support through their service networks. For serious after-sales issues, we can also arrange engineers to assist with on-site service.
What are the payment terms?
We usually accept payment by deposit plus balance. For special projects or customized orders, the payment terms can be adjusted through further negotiation.
What is the delivery time?
The usual delivery time is about 45 days. If the order involves special engines or customized AC alternators, the delivery time may be extended accordingly.
