As the core equipment of a vessel auxiliary power system, the marine auxiliary generator set mainly provides stable power for non-propulsion systems such as lighting, navigation and communication.
The marine emergency generator set is the backup power source of the vessel power system. When the main generator or main switchboard fails and causes a total power loss, it can start quickly and supply power to key safety equipment. Its design must be independent of the main power system, equipped with a dedicated fuel tank, independent starting device and ventilation system to ensure continuous operation under extreme conditions.
Designed for vessel deck space, the modular power generation equipment adopts a containerized enclosure structure to meet auxiliary power needs during vessel berthing or navigation. Its core advantages include high space utilization, convenient installation and maintenance, as well as marine environmental adaptability such as corrosion resistance and salt-spray resistance.
Complies with the GB/T 12975-2021 standard for marine synchronous generators, with rated operating condition efficiency ≥85% and hot-state insulation resistance ≥0.5MΩ, ensuring stable operation under extreme conditions such as vessel inclination of 22.5° and roll of 15°.
Supports parallel operation of multiple generator sets and meets the requirements of CCS Guidelines for Generator Sets E-05(202111). Load transfer is uninterrupted, ensuring 100% power redundancy for key equipment such as propulsion systems.
Adopts a FORTRUST marine control system with dual-CPU architecture, with one dedicated CPU for data processing to improve data processing capability and reliability. The control box has an independent safety control system to achieve independent engine protection. It has passed CCS type approval and has protection grade IP44.
GOODWIND series marine generator sets can be equipped with a quiet system to reduce noise and vibration.
GOODWIND series marine generator sets have passed China Classification Society (CCS) type approval, covering core components such as diesel engines and synchronous generators, and comply with the explosion-proof, vibration-resistant and electromagnetic compatibility requirements of the Rules for Classification of Sea-going Steel Ships.
