Manufacturing Built Around the Complete Generator Set
GOODWIND's generator set production covers component inspection, mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, cooling and exhaust installation, enclosure installation, commissioning, testing and final delivery.
Base frames and sound-attenuated enclosures can be processed in-house, with manufacturing capabilities including cutting, welding, shot blasting and surface coating.
From Components to a Complete Generator Set
Each generator set moves through a defined production sequence, from incoming component inspection to final testing and shipment.
Incoming Components & Inspection
Engines, alternators, control systems and other components are received and checked before entering production.
Engine & Alternator Assembly
The engine and alternator are positioned, aligned and assembled according to the generator set configuration.
Base Frame Installation
The main generating components are installed onto the base frame to form the mechanical foundation of the generator set.
Control System Wiring
Controllers, electrical circuits, sensors and protection systems are connected and checked.
Cooling, Exhaust & Enclosure
Cooling and exhaust systems are installed, followed by the canopy or enclosure where required.
Fluids & Commissioning
Required operating fluids are added before the generator set enters commissioning and functional checks.
Load Testing & Final Inspection
The complete generator set undergoes operational testing, load testing and final quality inspection.
Packaging & Delivery
After inspection is completed, the generator set is prepared, protected and packaged for delivery.
Every Generator Set Is Tested Before Delivery
Each completed generator set undergoes overall inspection and load testing before leaving the factory. Operating parameters and protection functions are checked to verify stable operation under different load conditions.
Key Inspection & Test Parameters
Load Test
Generator sets are operated under load to check whether voltage, frequency, current, power and engine operating conditions remain stable at different load levels.
Test & Delivery Documentation
Documentation supplied with the generator set includes applicable engine and alternator certificates together with generator set commissioning or factory test records.
- Engine Certificate
- Alternator Certificate
- Commissioning / Factory Test Report
