Factory Visit and Technical Exchange
GOODWIND welcomed customers from Vietnam for an on-site diesel generator factory inspection. The visit focused on production equipment, enclosure fabrication, generator assembly and the quality-control approach used to move a project from a confirmed specification toward a completed generator set.
The group toured the production workshop, sheet-metal bending area, CNC bending equipment and a final-assembly station. A technical meeting followed, covering product design, manufacturing, quality control and the application information required for generator projects in Vietnam and other overseas markets.
Sheet Metal Fabrication and CNC Bending
Sheet-metal processing supports the base frames, panels, doors, louvres and structural parts used in diesel generator enclosures. During the tour, the customers reviewed the bending area and CNC bending equipment used to form these components. Dimensional consistency at this stage affects panel fit, door alignment, ventilation openings and access around the installed generator.
GOODWIND's wider in-house fabrication capability includes cutting, welding, shot blasting and surface coating for base frames and sound-attenuated enclosures. Coordinating drawings and fabrication within the factory helps the enclosure team work from the same confirmed dimensions, airflow plan and service-access requirements as the generator assembly team.
Generator Assembly and Wiring
At the final-assembly station, the visitors reviewed a complete open-type diesel generator set and the way its major systems are brought together.
GOODWIND's standard production workflow includes incoming component checks, engine and alternator positioning and alignment, mechanical assembly, control-system wiring, cooling and exhaust installation, and enclosure installation when required. Drawings, bills of materials and in-process checks help keep the assembled equipment aligned with the approved project configuration.
Quality Inspection and Load Testing
Quality control continues after mechanical and electrical assembly. GOODWIND's factory process includes visual and dimensional checks, connection review, fluid preparation, commissioning, functional checks and load testing before the generator is released for packing and delivery.
Load testing allows the team to observe electrical output and engine operating conditions across the planned test sequence.
Supporting Overseas Generator Projects
A diesel generator factory inspection helps an overseas buyer connect technical proposals with the equipment, teams and quality checkpoints used in production. It is also an opportunity to discuss configuration changes, inspection documents, packaging, delivery planning and the communication schedule that will be used during manufacturing.
